I left school today to this thumping sound that reminded me of the cymbals and percussion that helped drive Jack over the edge in the Shining. When I walked to my Vespa I found that the building across the way was being consumed by a mechanized monster. It was the most awesome thing I've ever seen--they were just jamming the claw of the dozer into the side of the eviscerated building, tearing out its guts piece by piece. It was like a Terminator nightmare but really fun.
Why didn't I think to go into that line of work?
